    It is not a battery-powered camera. It needs to be plugged into the outlet for a continuous and reliable power supply.

  • Can it connect to 5G WiFi?

    No. The camera works on the 2.4GHz wireless band

  • Can I view all of cameras at once?

    The Acculenz App supports watching 4 cameras on the same screen at the same time and VMS supports watching 36 cameras on the same screen at the same time.

  • I purchased this camera because I wanted a baby monitor. Can this operate as a baby monitor?

    Yes, of course. You can watch your baby and talk to your baby even when you are out of home or downstairs. I use this wifi camera to watch my honey puppy. Very good purchase.

  • How to reset this camera?

    Find the reset button on the camera, then use the needle to press the reset button til the camera says "reset succeeded". Releasing the reset button, the password will go back to the factory default administrator password.

  • How to set up Acculenz cameras working with Amazon's Alexa?

    1. Please make sure your Acculenz camera and Acculenz app support Alexa and the Alexa app is installed on your cellphone.

    2. Please open the Acculenz app and go to Account-->Alexa.

    3. Please choose the Alexa and tap on Link.

    4. Then the Alexa app will be opened automatically and please tap on LINK.

    5. Then you can choose the option “DISCOVER DEVICES” to add an Acculenz camera to the Alexa app or speak “Alexa, discover devices” to the Echo Show directly.

    6. After the camera is added to the Alexa app, you can speak directly to the Echo Show to get the camera’s live stream shown up by voice command.
